I found Lana del Rey in the most unexpected and surprising way
because of a new friend, how amazing can be that? I call it a true miracle.
I just had to see a picture of Lana and listen to her exquisite, delicate and mysterious voice
to fall helplessly in love with her, with her talent and the melancholy atmosphere that surrounds her.
She's quite an enigma. She's a living tear of a goddess of love, her voice is a fragment
of sky seeping into you, her eyes see right through you, her melodies ink the shadows of someone
like me, a broken hearted wanderer, a sneaky memory of an unfulfilled love.

Lana del Rey is a compound name between Lana Turner (a late passionate Hollywood actress) and Ford del Rey (a beautiful car
created by Ford two decades ago).
But Lana del Rey is not a newcomer, she released an EP called "Kill, Kill" in 2009 under the name of Lizzy Grant.

I feel so lucky for having the chance of living in the same era, with her, her vision and her very unique style.
We will close this year, 2011 that was and has been like a roller coaster, pleased and proud thanks to Lana, she's the proof that new and genuine things can be born in this world where almost everything has been said and done.
