When you see a fashion magazine you not only see clothes 
or skinny models, you see art in all the extension of the word.
When you open a magazine you're able to see photographs
perfectly executed, designed and imagined...
But for almost everybody, a photo is just the photographer and the model;
yes, sometimes photographers work by themselves and they only collaborate
with models, but behind a (fashion) photograph, runway show and fashion collection
there is someone so essential like water...

I'm talking about the fashion directors... The creative minds behind all that beauty
we see everyday, everywhere...
Fashion directors work behind camera, so that's why we're never able too see them 
on the spotlight, but now I'm going to talk about three of my favorite fashion directors
they make possible the impossible, they create art beyond imagination,
they can see the invisible, they can touch your soul with a photograph, with a pose,
with the concept of immortality they have and share.

As a photographer, I know the talent and power of a fashion director,
they can carry a photograph to the next level,
because our eyes (photographers) are on beauty and contact beyond the lens,
but the work of a fashion director is making that a thounsand times stronger and fierce.

So here is Nicola Formichetti, fashion creative director who works with Lady GaGa and now he's the creative mind behind the house of couture Mugler. This crazy and brilliant man possess an extraordinary eye, a vision full of darkness and twisted beauty... You will fall in love...

And here is Grace Coddington, the real name behind all the beauty and fashion you see printed on Vogue. She started her career as a fashion model, then after a car accident, she abandoned the modeling and started directing photoshoots and doing all the styling, step by step she's now the queen of creativity on Vogue Magazine.
